XU Qinhua is the deputy dean of the National Academy of Development and Strategy, Renmin University of China (RUC), director of the Expert Committee of the Belt and Road Energy Cooperation, the dean of the “Belt One Road” Green Development of China International Cultural Exchange Center. She has been committed to green development and sustainable development for a long time, and participated in a number of international exchange activities to promote the co-construction of the green “Belt and Road”.
